I work with breath and energy to help the nervous system feel safer. When that happens, breath softens, thoughts quieten, and the body begins to heal.

My work is gentle, trauma aware, and rooted in presence. I do not force change. I create the conditions for it.

I will not tell you to “just relax”. I will support you to rebuild trust with your body, one small step at a time.
