I AM CALM
Calm isn’t a luxury. It’s a vital need — and a skill we can relearn.

We live in a world that rarely pauses. Stress hums in the background of our lives, and many of us don’t realise how long we’ve been holding our breath.

I believe that when the nervous system feels safe, everything starts to shift — breath softens, thoughts quieten, and the body begins to heal.

Whether we work together through breathwork, massage, Reiki, or guided rest, my approach is gentle, trauma-aware, and rooted in presence.

You won’t be told to “just relax.”


You’ll be supported to remember how.

I combine evidence-based tools with deep intuitive care to meet you exactly where you are — anxious, wired, or worn down — and guide you back to feeling steady, whole, and well.

You don’t need to push through.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Whether you need to relax and unwind, or you have specific muscle tension or pain, massage therapy can help. I offer traditional and deep tissue massage, working intuitively to suit your needs on the day.

I also hold a certificate in Oncology Massage and help support you if you have (or have had) cancer or are undergoing treatment

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on or near the body, and it is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. I am a certified Reiki practitioner and can help you achieve deep relaxation and balance.

STRETCH CLASS
BREATHWORK

Slow down, breathe and stretch with dim lights and chilled out beats.

 

Using long-hold yoga poses (3-5 minutes) and breathwork, we work to release tension in the major muscle groups focusing on tight hamstrings, hips and back.

Suitable for all abilities. Challenging, yet relaxing!

The breath affects every system in the body. What's more, it's the only automatic function you can consciously control.
